Terms of Service

Ventoxy is software for HVAC contractors to manage leads, customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, and AI-drafted follow-ups. We provide it “as is” and work hard to keep it available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

• You must give accurate signup information and keep your password secure.
• You’re responsible for what your team members do under your account.
• You must be authorized to run the business you register.

Don’t use Ventoxy to break the law, send unlawful or non-consented messages, infringe others’ rights, or attack the service. You are responsible for having consent to contact the customers you add (see our Privacy Policy).

• Free trial. New accounts get a 14-day free trial — no card required to start.
• Subscription. After the trial, plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle’s terms also apply to the payment transaction.
• Cancel anytime. Month-to-month with no long-term commitment and no termination fee. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access through the end of the paid period.
• Price changes. We’ll give notice before any price change; it never applies retroactively.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

If you use Ventoxy to accept card payments from your own customers, those are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement, and the funds settle to your account. Ventoxy is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for disputes between you and your customers.

You own your business data. We only process it to run the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can export all of it as CSV at any time, and we delete it on request after cancellation.

Ventoxy is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-drafted messages are suggestions for you to review and approve — you are responsible for what you send. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the law. On termination you can export your data during a reasonable window before deletion.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: hello@ventoxy.com.
