Refund Policy

We want Ventoxy to earn its keep every month. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work. Questions any time: hello@ventoxy.com.

1. Try it free first

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required. You only pay once you choose a plan after the trial, so you can decide whether Ventoxy fits your shop before spending a dollar.

2. Cancel anytime, no fees

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t auto-charge you after you cancel.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly plans. If something goes wrong or Ventoxy isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund that month’s payment.
  • Annual plans. Contact us within 30 days of the annual charge for a full refund. After that, we’ll cancel your renewal so you’re not billed again; we don’t pro-rate partial-year refunds beyond the 30-day window, but reach out and we’ll be fair.
  • Billing mistakes. Charged in error, double-billed, or something looks wrong? Email us and we’ll fix it and refund promptly.

4. How refunds are processed

Ventoxy subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. To request a refund, email hello@ventoxy.com from your account email with the charge date.

5. Payments you collect from your own customers

This policy covers your Ventoxy subscription only. Card payments you collect from your own customers are processed by Stripe and settle to your account — refunds for those are between you and your customer, issued from your own records.
